Dissapointed
I was at the park today with Hannah and her son, Hayden. While I was pushing Madison on the swing and Tyler was laying beside Hannah on the grass, he rolled over and I missed it :(. I know, I know...it's not a big deal...unless your a mommy and it's your baby. I can't believe I missed it! I walked away from him on his back and a minute later he was on his stomach and she yelled at me to tell me. He was mad of course, not knowing what the heck just happened and why he was in his most hated position. Then he wouldn't do it again. Figures.
My First Senior!
I am pretty happy with how these came out and I can't wait to try again. We are going to a barn type thing this weekend to do some "country girl" pics, should be fun. This was way easier and more fun than little kids. Kids are rewarding, because when you get a great one it's so worth all the hard work, but this was definitely better. It's so easy to photograph someone that minds! :) Thanks Megan for being so easy going and patient with me! Isn't she pretty :)

The Little Lady
So Madison and I went out to play in puddles after the rain, and it was actually a fun shoot for us both. She loved that I was encouraging her to jump in the puddles :) Doesn't she look SO stinkin' cute!
This one is my favorite...
Such a little poser
See ya!
Waving at the car driving by lol
And just a little update...I took Madison to the holistic pediatrician to talk about ADHD, and she said that she does think Madison may have it, just based on how she was acting her office - she was just being her normal self, not even particularly bad. First she told me two herbal treatments to try. One is called Calm Child - it's an herbal blend that just helps them focus better and decrease hyperactivity. The other is an omega 3 blend, she said kids need more DHA than most get and it greatly improves behavior. She listed some foods you get it from like fish and nuts, and Madison doesn't eat any of them. She said she has seen a lot of success with them. If it doesn't appear to help any then she will have us get her formally evaluated.
Tyler is really becoming so much more adorable, if that's possible. He smiles and laughs more lately, babbles, blows bubbles and even found his feet this weekend. I was so excited when I saw him holding his foot for the first time and John said he had already seen it today but didn't know it was anything new. I know, moms gets excited about dumb things. He is really teething, I thought he has been the last few weeks, but today he really started showing it for sure. He is gnawing on anything that gets near his mouth, attacks and bites my fingers and fusses while he does it, but doesn't want to nurse. Madison never gave me a hard time teething, but it looks like he might, and he is starting two and a half months earlier than she did. He is loving Madison more, he loves staring at her, just watching intently, kind of admiringly, and then smiling when she looks back at him such a sweet little smile. Sometimes he won't nurse because he won't stop staring at her. Well that's it for now, maybe my shortest blog ever haha :)

Miscellaneous Unimportance- Just lots of pics.
Dancing on base because apparently there was nothing better to do.She had to pee lol
Madison is liking tball better now, she likes the games, hates practice, well really she only likes batting but she tolerates the rest.
I don't know what's up with his tongue, he started doing this yesterday and apparently really likes to do it lol...
It's usually out to his right side , makes him look pretty funny
Looks like he is doing it on purpose here...
Check out my cool guy
Playing at the park
Will I ever catch them smiling at the same time with both eyes open? Who knows...
Don't they both look so sweet :)
This wasn't a pose lol, but a real look. I was forcing her to help me set up my lights and this is what she thought about it.
And this is what he is doing right now trying to roll over, just gets on his side and burries his face in the floor and gets mad. He will have it figured out very soon. He loves his new floor gym, as long as he is on his back, he still HATES his stomach.
Everybody here is sick, ranging from me with a very minor cough to Madison with a bit of a runny nose and cough, to Tyler and John with really bad coughs and Tyler being very congested. I didn't get much sleep at all last night between both boys coughing and trying to sleep upright so Tyler could breathe easier and him waking up every time John coughed and in between bc he was coughing. It was a rough night. Then Tyler woke up at 7 and refused to go back to sleep until 8:30 but I was already up and doing stuff so no going back to bed for me. Now Madison is up and telling me she wants eggs. That kid...she wants to eat the second she gets up, and not a second later. "Breakfast" is the first word out of her mouth 99% of the time. I guess that is because she is growing like weed. She is as big and bigger than some of all 6 and 7 year olds we have met.
I guess everyone knows by now that John got a new job, and he will be traveling a lot more. We are trying to move back to East Texas this summer probably after we get the house rented, or should I say if we ever do. We are considering buying a few acres and building, I am considering Lake Tyler, John doesn't care as long as he has a little land.
We are going to Cleburne to see John's family for Easter. I have been so busy with shoots I have not been able to take my own kids easter pictures, and every day I didn't have a shoot, was cold and/or rainy. So maybe this weekend or later this next week. Oh well if they are late. Take care, I hope everyone has a great Easter!
